One&Ortaköy Case Study

One&Ortaköy is a mixed use complex in Ortaköy district of Istanbul scheduled to be completed in 2010. The project consists of 2 building; one is residential and the other one is commercial. GAD's design solution makes effective use of the various programs spread through the space. Most significantly, both buildings feature rooftop gardens.
