Pendorya Shopping Center is located in Pendik in the industrial transformation district by the E5 freeway. The main criterias of design and form are determined in regards to this location. Pendorya presents a different approach with its sheltered open court that aims to be a new gathering area in the district that is closed to the noise and crowds of E5 freeway. The project is designed to be a major gathering area for the pedestrian crowd with its design that enables to host various media events and the utilizing of the transformation of surrounding areas.

Hasan Çalışlar as the architect of the project and Aslı Yılmaz and Berrin Çetiner from IMS will have a presentation on Pendorya AVM designed by Erginoğlu & Çalışlar Architectural Office
